Service for Ross Henderson

Sunday, October 28th, 2007

On Sunday 28 October 2007 Shoalhaven Marine Rescue farewelled life member and one of the founders of the association, Ross Henderson, who passed away earlier this year. Ross’s family travelled to the entrance of the Crookhaven River below the Pilot Station on SA-8, escorted by SA-24. Ross’s ashes and flowers were scattered on the waters, a fitting tribute to a man of the sea.
