Monday, August 13th, 2007

On Monday 13 August 2007, Member for the state seat of Kiama, The Hon. Matt Brown, met with members of the Shoalhaven Marine Rescue Association and presented them with a cheque for $5,000.00 which will go toward the purchase of auto-pilots for both rescue vessels. The auto-pilots will provide greater accuracy and better course keeping during searches, as well as being an additional aid to navigation. Pictured below are Matt Brown, SMRA Skipper Paul Klausen and SMRA President Bill Carter accepting the cheque from Mr Brown.
